Do you accept insurance?

Beginning 12/1/2024, I will be accepting Aetna, in addition to private pay clients. You may also choose to not use your insurance benefits. I also offer to provide a superbill. With a superbill, I can note dates, times, and rates for your appointments. You will then submit this to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company prior to booking an appointment to confirm that this is an option for you.

What days are you available for appointments?

Tuesday: 12PM-5PM

Wednesday 12-5PM

(Please note evening sessions (4-6) are on a waitlist for new clients at this time.

Thursday: 9AM-1PM

Do you offer Telehealth?

I find that the work I do with clients is most beneficial when we’re in the room together. My hope is for therapy to be more than another tab to open. However, I am also committed to accessibility, so please let me know if this is necessary for you. I offer virtual sessions to clients outside the Nashville area (must still be in the state of TN) or to established local clients upon discussion, as well as inclement weather or illness.


I made an appointment- what’s next?

I will ask that you provide me with your full name, date of birth, email, and phone number. With that information, I will create an account for you through my therapy portal. I will send several documents electronically that will all need to be filled out prior to our first session. From there, you are able to view appointments, receive reminders, and even schedule, cancel, or change your appointment times.
